Alexei Molkov was born in a small village in Russia. His father worked at a small store selling medicinal herbs and his mother washed and mended the clothes of those int he village who needed it. He is the youngest of five brothers. Alexei knew even from a young age that he wouldn't be happy living in the middle of nowhere being content to barely make a living, and so when he turned 18, he packed up his bags and moved to Moscow, thinking that he could find a better life and better work opportunities. Instead, he got bit by a werewolf and joined the Moscow wolf pack. Getting bit by a werewolf had never been exactly a dream for Alexei, but once he got over the shocking changes in his life, he thought that this might make his feel less restless and more...happy. But he soon realized that he didn't belong in the Moscow pack, and after only a year, he moved to America.
He spent the next ten years bouncing from city to city, town to town, finding jobs where he could to get him to the next part of his life. He never joined another wolf pack, and that made some wary and violent towards him, and most of the time, it wasn't just his desire to move on that pushed Alexei to the next town. About a year ago, Alexei settled in New Orleans, and he hasn't left yet. In fact, for the first time in a while, he's felt content to just...stay. He got a job as a bartender for one of the bars on Bourbon Street and even bought himself a semi-decent apartment. It looks, at least for the meantime, that he's here to stay.
