You don't have to use an existing address (and it's probably a good idea you don't), but please use an actual street that's located in New Orleans.
Also, for any character living in the Market, the address would be in the format of: (room number), floor (number). The higher the number, the more underground the floor is.
Leonard Brandt lives at Hyatt French Quarter hotel, The French Quarter, room number 220 and is not looking for roommates.
Sebastian Morgan and his sister live at 493 Decatur St, French Quarter, and are not looking for roommates.
